The Source of Synergy Foundation recognizes that our essence is Source: a single, universal field out of which everything emerges, where we are united as one.
From this place we create opportunities for Synergy that spirals out creating, expanding and deepening connectivity and synergistic engagement.
Our Foundation is built upon exploring, utilizing and awakening to our innate qualities and capacities as conscious, evolving expressions of the Source, the Essence of All Existence.
Founding History
In 2006, Diane Williams founded The Source of Synergy Foundation, a 501c3 not‐for‐profit educational organization (incorporated on August 7, 2007). The Source of Synergy Foundation ignites the power of synergy to expand and deepen connection, collaboration, and consciousness where together we achieve more than we ever could alone.

I have been ever evolving on the spiritual path to enlightenment since childhood. As a young adult, I attended what was then the Maharishi International University in Los Angeles, where I studied transcendental meditation and the seven levels of consciousness in life and existence. I continued my spiritual studies and development through adulthood, first with Swami Muktananda through the practice and teachings of Siddha Yoga and later Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan of the Sikh community.
I helped to personify the concept of “Spirit in Business” through my company, Love & Happiness Productions and creating KJLH (Kindness, Joy, Love and Happiness) FM in LA, where I was a radio personality, program director, and VP/General Manager. Subsequently, I transitioned into the music industry and became President of a CBS Records custom label, Unlimited Gold Records, and went on to become superstar manager to Stevie Wonder and Barry White. I currently play an integral role in Operation Hope, a Financial Literacy and Economic Empowerment Organization that birthed the new Silver Rights Movement, which focuses on educating underserved communities worldwide.

We are now actively in the process of designing a complex of a campus containing a variety of programs as learning opportunities for those interested in resolving conflict and inspiring alternative possibilities for a better world. The One Humanity Institute will offer structures learning experiences for young people and adults through formal and non-formal means.
Synergy as a concept unifies and spirals this work into reality bringing many together as One. When we are willing to recognize this great option to unite then possibilities occur becoming a voice that carries into the world.
